How much does treatment cost?

If you have insurance, the cost is usually the amount of your copay plus any unmet deductible.

Which insurances are you contracted with?

We accept most PPO insurances, and some clinics accept Medicare. Contact us and we'll verify your benefits prior to your first appointment.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We offer a very affordable self-pay rate, which includes your office visits, exams, laboratory tests and up to 4 injections per month.

Clinical

What type of testosterone do you use?

We use testosterone cypionate, an injectable, bio-identical testosterone.

Where is the injection given?

In the gluteal muscle on alternating sides with each injection.

What dosing schedule do you use?

We schedule injections every 7-10 days.

How do I qualify for Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)?

A simple blood test drawn in our office will reveal your levels. Results are given usually within 24 hours. Take our quiz now to see if you might qualify for TRT.

Does TRT stimulate my body's natural production of testosterone?

No. We are supplementing what your body is not producing in sufficient quantity.

How long does TRT continue?

TRT may continue indefinitely.

The Consultation

How long does the first appointment take?

The first appointment is usually 30 minutes or less.

What happens at the first appointment?

After you fill out a few forms (or bring these downloadable forms in), you will be seen by a clinician who will review your medical history, perform a brief physical exam and draw blood for a Total Testosterone level and PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen).

How long does it take to get my lab results?

Either during your visit or within 24 hours.

What hours are you open?

Monday through Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm.
